“VIDEO PORTRAITS FROM MARCEDDÌ” is a project created within the framework of the international summer school “Costa Produttiva Lab – International Summer School on Architectural and Landscape Design”, organized by the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering (DICAAR) at the University of Cagliari.

The international summer school Costa Produttiva Lab continues the research initiative Costa Produttiva: The Territories of Fishing.
 Marceddì, in the Gulf of Oristano, serves as a site of reflection and design experimentation focused on the complex territorial and productive systems in which this fishing village is embedded.

“VIDEO PORTRAITS FROM MARCEDDÌ” fits into this context by exploring the relationship between inhabitants and territory through a language different from architectural design, aiming to convey a deeper and more emotional understanding.
